This customer information only describes the purchase process for customers who have been selected as eligible for the Raffle. it is not possible to purchase a special model without this eligibility.
- subscription authorisation; link to the special trolley
If you have been selected as eligible to purchase one of the two special models that you have previously selected, you will receive an e-mail with a link. Please click on this link and you will be taken to our online shop. You will be taken directly to a shopping basket containing the special model you have selected.
- enter your data
The data you entered when you entered the raffle is stored in your personal shopping basket.
We offer you the option of paying by PayPal or credit card. You make your selection by clicking on the selection field in front of the respective payment method.
The page also provides an overview of the items you have placed in the shopping basket and the costs, delivery address and method of payment incurred by you. Please check that all details are correct. By clicking on the "Participate in the raffle" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the special model in the shopping basket at that time and send your order to us.
- order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again; this e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your offer but serves solely to inform you that we have received your order.
- conclusion of contract
The presentation of the special model in the shopping basket does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order, you are submitting a binding offer to us. When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you choose:
If you choose the payment option "PayPal", a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg
If you select the "credit card" payment option, a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.
- payment methods
When ordering via our online shop, we offer you the following options for paying for your goods:
a. Payment by credit card
If you have selected the "credit card" option during the ordering process, enter your credit card details in the corresponding input mask. The payment will then be processed by your payment service provider.
b. Payment via PayPal
If you have selected the "PayPal" option during the order process, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after completing the order. Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.
- storage of the contract text
We save the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail.
- statutory liability for defects
The statutory warranty rights apply to all special models that you can order in our online shop, unless otherwise stipulated in § 3 of our General Terms and Conditions.

The contract language is German and English.
